The services provided by this company were average. The website was easy to navigate and had helpful information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took several attempts to get a response from them regarding my inquiries. Once I did receive a response, the staff was polite but not very knowledgeable or proactive in addressing my concerns. The caregivers who came to my home were reliable and punctual, but their level of expertise seemed limited. I was expecting more personalized and specialized care, but it felt rather generic. Overall, I would say this company is just average in terms of their services. They could definitely improve their communication and provide more comprehensive care to enhance the overall experience for clients.
