I recently ordered some custom embroidered caps from Print and Stitch, and while the embroidery was decent, I felt that the design could have been better. The website was easy to use, but it lacked certain features that could have helped me visualize the design accurately. The customer service was satisfactory, but there were delays in their responses. Overall, it was an average experience with Print and Stitch.
