The service provided by Magical Destinations Travel was average. Although the booking process was smooth and the staff was friendly, I felt that the overall experience could have been better. The accommodations arranged for us were comfortable, but nothing extraordinary. The highlight of our trip was definitely the guided tour of the city, which was informative and enjoyable. However, there were a few instances where the tour guides seemed disinterested. Overall, it was an okay experience.
