I had a pretty average experience with Sullivan Financial Services. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a good range of financial services, but I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. It took quite a while to get a response to my emails and their phone support wasn't very efficient either. Overall, I would say they are okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
