We had a mixed experience with New Horizon Family Homes, LLC. While their service was overall satisfactory, there were a few areas where we felt they could have done better. Communication was sometimes lacking and we had to follow up on certain things multiple times. However, they were always polite and eventually resolved any issues that arose. Overall, we would rate their service as average.
