I recently joined Instituto vital fit and I am loving it. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. The workouts are challenging but enjoyable. The gym is clean and well-equipped. I have seen noticeable improvements in my strength and overall fitness in just a few weeks. Highly recommend!
