My experience with Carpe domus was far from satisfactory. The booking process was complicated and confusing, and the staff was unhelpful and rude. The property I stayed in was dirty and poorly maintained, and it did not match the description on their website. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy accommodation provider.
